复方丹参注射液对大鼠急性脊髓损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的观察复方丹参注射液对急性脊髓损伤大鼠的保护作用。方法采用改良Allen weight dropping(AllenWD)打击法将42只Wistar大鼠制成脊髓中度损伤模型,分别给予复方丹参注射液、甲基强的松龙及生理盐水治疗,观察动物不同时间的神经功能评分、斜板试验及脊髓细胞凋亡率的变化。结果从伤后2周起,丹参组的神经功能评分和斜板最大角度分别与生理盐水组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。从伤后12 h起,丹参组细胞凋亡率与生理盐水组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),丹参组与甲强龙组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论复方丹参注射液对大鼠脊髓损伤细胞凋亡具有保护作用,能够达到治疗急性脊髓损伤的作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the protective affect of Compound Danshen Injection for rats with acute spinal cord injury.Methods The rats were established the model of moderate spinal cord injury by a modification of Allen weight dropping(Allen WD) method and treated with Compound Danshen Injection,Methylprednisolone and physiological saline,respectively,as treatment.Neurological functions were evaluated by using Basso-Beattie-Bresnahan(BBB) scores,and the angle of clivus test and cell apoptosis were performed at 12 h after injury.Results There were significant differences(all P 0.05) in BBB scores and angle of clivus test between Danshen group and control group from the second week.There were significant differences(P 0.05) in cell apoptosis between Danshen group and control group from the lst hour.There was no significant differences between Danshen group and Methylprednisolone grorp(P 0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen Injection has a protective effect on cell apoplosis of rats with acute spinal cord injury.
