痰热清注射液联合利巴韦林注射液治疗小儿手足口病的疗效及对血清IL-8含量的影响

目的：观察痰热清注射液联合利巴韦林注射液治疗小儿手足口病的疗效及对血清白细胞介素8（IL-8）含量的影响。方法：将84例手足口病患儿随机分成两组。对照组42例,常规给予利巴韦林注射液治疗;治疗组42例,给予利巴韦林加痰热清注射液联合治疗;其它支持对症治疗方法相同。分别于治疗后第5天采集静脉血,分离血清,测定IL-8的含量。结果：治疗5d后,治疗组血清IL-8含量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为92.9%和76.2%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组均未发现不良反应。结论：痰热清注射液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病疗效明显优于单独给予利巴韦林注射液,可能与降低患儿血清中IL-8的含量有关。

Observation on IL-8 level change and the curative effect of combined ribavirin with Tangreqing injection for hand-foot-mouth disease in younger children

AIM： To observe the serum interleukin-8（IL-8） level variation and the curative effects of combined ribavirin with Tangreqing injection in treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD） of younger children.METHODS： Eighty-four younger children with HFMD were randomly assigned to groups of control（n=42） and treatment（n=42）.The control group were managed with conventional ribavirin injection and the treatment group were administered with combined ribavirin with Tangreqing injection besides conventional symptomatic treatment for the two groups.Venous blood was taken,five days after the treatment,from the two groups for determination of the serum IL-8 level.RESULTS：Lower serum level of IL-8 and better therapeutic effects were seen in the treatment group as compared with the controls,and the difference was significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION： Combined ribavirin with Tangreqing injection for child HFMD has better therapeutic effects than single dosage of ribavirin injection,may be related with reducing the serum IL-8 level.
