健康教育临床护理路径在代谢综合征患者中的应用

目的探讨健康教育临床护理路径在代谢综合征患者中的应用效果。方法将我院特需病房的108例代谢综合征患者随机分为对照组（52例）和试验组（56例）,对照组采用传统方法进行健康教育,试验组以临床护理路径制订健康教育计划表,依表进行系统的健康教育,并对两组健康教育模式的效果进行比较。结果试验组健康教育达标率为98.2%,患者满意率为100.0%,出院后6个月不良生活方式（除吸烟及喝酒外）与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论以临床护理路径制订的健康教育,可促进代谢综合征患者健康生活方式,明显提高代谢综合征患者对健康教育内容的掌握程度及患者满意度。

Application on health education of clinical nursing pathway on patients with metabolic syndrome

Objective To discuss the application effect on health education of clinical nursing pathway on patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods 108 patients with metabolic syndrome in the special wards were randomly selected and divided into experiment group and control group.56 patients in experiment group and 52 patients in control group respectively.The experiment group was systematically practiced with health education plan by means of clinical path.The control group was randomly practiced with routine health education.The effects of the two different health education patterns were compared.Results The standard rate of health education of the experiment group was 98.2%,their satisfaction was 100.0%.The life style（except smoking and drink） between the experiment group and control group was difference after outside hospital 6 months（P﹤0.05）.Conclusion Health education based on clinical path can improve metabolic syndrome patients＇s healthy life style and the standard of health education,thus making patients more satisfied.
