八脉交会穴针刺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

目的观察中医针刺八脉交会穴治疗糖尿病周围神经病变与甲钴胺联合尼莫地平治疗的效果比较。方法将我院80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组。治疗组（40例）每日针刺八脉交会穴1次,得气后留针30 min,期间间歇行针2次。对照组（40例）口服甲钴胺500μg,1次/d;尼莫地平30 mg,3次/d。两组均连用4~8周。在治疗前和治疗后检查空腹血糖、血流变、观察神经症状（肢体疼痛和麻木）和体征变化,采用NTS-2000型肌电图仪,对两组患者进行主侧患肢腓总神经的运动神经传导速度（MNCV）、感觉神经传导速度（SNCV）测定。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组总有效率（82.5%）,两组比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论中医针刺八脉交会穴治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,不仅能有效缓解患者的症状,还能显著提高其神经传导速度,并且安全可靠。

Clinical observation of eight confluent points acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To observe and compare the effect of eight confluent points acupuncture and Mecobalamin combined with Nimodipine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups with single blind method.Treatment group（40 cases） accepted eight confluent points acupuncture treatment once a day,then the needles were retained for 30 minutes after needling response,and Manipulated for 2 times during the duration.Control group（40 cases） taken Mecobalamin 500 μg orally for once a day and Nimodipine 30 mg for 3 times a day.Patients of two groups were treated for four to eight weeks.The fasting blood-glucose and hemorrheology were checked before and after treatment.The changes of nervous sign（limb pain and numbness） and signs were observed.The motor nerve conduction velocity（MNCV） and sensory nerve conduction velocity（SNCV） of affected limbs common peroneal nerve of patients in two groups were determined by the type NTS-2000 electromyograph.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.0%,it was significantly higher than that of control group（82.5%）,and it has statistical significant difference（P 0.01）.Conclusion Eight confluent points acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can not only effectively relieve the symptoms of patient,but also significantly improve the nerve conduction velocity.And it is safe and reliable.
