个体化康复护理对脑卒中患者生活质量及肢体肌力的影响

目的研究个体化康复护理对脑卒中患者生活质量及肢体肌力的影响。方法选取我院56例脑卒中患者,按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组28例。对照组采用脑卒中常规专业护理,观察组在常规专业护理的基础上进行个体化康复护理。结果观察组总优良率（89.28%）优于对照组（57.14%）,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。干预后,观察组脑卒中患者生活质量改善的总有效率（85.71%）高于对照组（50.00%）,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。干预后,观察组肢体肌力的改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论个体化康复护理能够有效改善脑卒中患者的生活质量,并明显促进脑卒中患者肌力恢复。

Influence on individual rehabilitation nursing intervention on quality of life and limb muscle strength in patients with stroke

Objective To study the influence on individual rehabilitation nursing intervention on quality of life and limb muscle strength in patients with stroke.Methods 56 stroke patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,each group had 28 cases.The control group was given conventional professional nursing for stroke.The observation group was given individual rehabilitation nursing intervention conventional based on the conventional professional nursing.Results Excellent and good rate of the observation group was 89.28% which better than that in the control group（57.14%）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.01）.After the intervention,the total efficiency of quality of life improves in the observation group was 85.71% which higher than that in the control group（50.00%）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.01）.After the intervention,limb muscle strength improve the situation of the observation group better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Individualized rehabilitation nursing of cerebral apoplexy patients can effectively improve the quality of life,and promote the recovery of muscle strength in patients with stroke.
