孕期健康教育联合胎心监护对剖宫产相关因素分析

目的探索妊娠37周以上（排除具有剖宫产指征）临产孕妇个性化产前健康宣教联合胎心监护对孕妇分娩方式的影响及并发症分析。方法选择2011年10月~2012年4月在孕妇学校接受全程健康教育课程的200例孕妇为观察组,另选择同期入院待产、未接受孕妇学校培训的孕妇200例为对照组。分析两组间的分娩方式选择差异和产科并发症等情况。结果观察组的顺产率明显高于对照组,产钳率、剖宫产率及产后2 h出血量则明显低于对照组,新生儿的并发症亦明显低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计意义（均P〈0.05）。结论个性化产前健康宣教有利于孕妇分娩方式的正确选择,能降低剖宫产率、产科及新生儿并发症。

Related factors analysis of health education combined with fetal heart rate monitoring on cesarean section during pregnancy

Objective To explore the effects and complications of delivery mode of the parturient gravida whose gestation were more than 37 weeks（excluding the indications of cesarean section） and were after personalized pre-natal health education associated with fetal heart rate monitoring.Methods 200 cases of gravidas from October 2011 to April 2012 in our hospital were chosen as observation group who studied all the health teaching courses in school for pregnant women,and the other 200 cases of gravidas were chosen as control group who did not study the courses at the same time,to analyse the difference of delivery mode and obstetrics complications.Results Rate of eutocia in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,while rate of obstetric forceps,rate of cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal complications in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group,with comparative difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Personalized pre-natal health education is the right choice for pregnant women to reduce the cesarean section rate,reduce the obstetric and neonatal complications.
