甲状腺功能亢进合并肝脏损害的诊治(附94例病例临床分析)

对１９９３年～１９９７年底五年间收治２００例甲亢患者（均为Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病），其中伴肝脏损害的９４例进行正规抗甲状腺药物治疗及肝功能检查，并对前后肝功能及甲状腺激素数值进行对照分析，结果表明：甲亢合并肝损害在临床上颇为多见（约占４７％）。肝功能损害程度与甲状腺功能亢进严重程度正相关（Ｐ＜００１），经治疗后甲状腺激素恢复程度（△Ｍ－ＴＳＨ）与肝功能恢复程度负相关（Ｐ＜００１）。临床上要与甲亢合并病毒性肝炎，甲亢合并药物性肝损害相鉴别，一旦确认为甲亢本身所致肝损害，应早期、足量的用抗甲状腺药物治疗

The Diagnosis and Therapy of Hyperthyroidism Accompanied by Liver Damage

We treated with antithyroid medicine and did liver function test to the 94 cases of liver damage among 200 cases of hyperthroidosm from 1993 to 1997 We compared the data of liver function,and TH between pre-and post-therapy.The results indicated that hyperthroidism accompanied by liver damage was rather common(about 47%).The relationship between the degree of liver damage and the serious degree of hyperthyroidism was positive(P<0 01).After a period of treatment, the relationship between the degree of recovering from liver damage and TH was negative(P<0 01). Clinically, we should tell hyperthyoidism accompanied by liver damage from hyperthroidism accompanied by viral hepatitis and hyperthroidism accompanied by the medical liver damage.Once we diangnosed the liver damage cause by hyperthroidism. We should treat it with antithyroid medicine early,sufficiently.
