甲硝唑经小鼠离体皮肤的透皮吸收

摘    要:采用V-C水平扩散池研究甲硝唑对经不同条件处理后的小鼠离体皮肤的穿透传 性,比较几种常用透皮促进剂对甲硝唑穿透率的影响。实验结果显示:去角质层皮肤将大大提 高甲硝唑的穿透率;冰冻2周后的鼠皮对甲硝唑的穿透率尚无影响;在10%丙二醇溶液中,经 过 30 h的扩散试验, 1%氮酮可显著增加甲硝唑的透皮速率 10倍以上。

Abstract:V-C horizontal diffusion cell was used to study the permeability of mouse skin treated under different conditions. We compared the permeability of metronidazole (MTZ) in several often-used enhancers. The results indicated the permeabilities of MTZ were greatly raised with stripped mouse skin and not influenced in the frozen mouse skin stored for two weeks. The permeability in 10% propylene glycol solution during the first 30h of the diffusive experiments was increased about 10 times in 1% azone.
