七氟醚吸入麻醉与异丙酚静脉麻醉的临床效果比较分析

目的探讨七氟醚吸入麻醉与异丙酚静脉的临床麻醉效果。方法选择2011年7月至2012年7月我院收治的需行全麻腹部外科手术病例100例,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采静脉注射异丙酚麻醉,研究组采用吸入七氟醚麻醉,记录两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率,并记录麻醉所需时间和苏醒所需时间以及不良并发症发生情况。结果研究组从诱导开始到意识消失所需时间要稍长于对照组,而两组停用麻醉药物到苏醒拔管所需的时间基本一致,两组入室时以及拔管时的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)以及心率(HR)对比,两组术后恶心、呕吐以及躁动不良发生情况对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用七氟醚吸入麻醉具有麻醉诱导迅速、麻醉维持平稳、血流动力学稳定以及苏醒快速完全等优点,其麻醉效果与异丙酚静脉麻醉效果相似,且其不会对患者造成创伤,尤其适用于小儿病例。

The Comparative Analysis Clinical Effect of Sevoflurane Inhalation Anesthesia with Propofol Intravenous Anesthesia

Objective To explore the sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia with propofol intravenous clinical anesthetic effect.Methods Select the July 2011-July 2012 were in our need to do abdominal surgery anesthesia cases 100 cases were randomly divided into group and control group,control group by intravenous injection of propofol anesthesia,the research group using suction sevoflurane anesthesia,record two groups of patients with systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,heart rate,and record the time of anesthesia and the time needed for awakening and bad complications.Result The research group from induction to the consciousness of the time needed for disappear to slightly longer than control group,and two groups of non-use anesthesia drugs to revive tube drawing the time needed for basic consistent,two groups of chamber and tube drawing of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP) and heart rate(HR) contrast,two groups of postoperative nausea and vomiting and restless bad occurrence contrast,differences were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia with anesthesia induction of anesthesia rapidly,maintain a stable,hemodynamic stability and revive fast to completely etc,and the effect of anesthesia is similar with propofol intravenous anesthesia,and not traumatic patients,especially for pediatric cases.
