| 摘 要： | 乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)与肝细胞癌(HCC)关系密切,其中,HBV基因变异会引起自身生物学特性、致病性等改变,并直接影响HCC进程。与HCC发生、发展关系密切的HBV基因变异包括S区变异、前C区变异和X区变异等。此外,核苷类药物治疗中所出现的耐药与PreS/S突变也有一定关联。现对近年来HBV感染与HCC间研究的新进展予以综述,旨在说明HBV感染在HCC的发生、发展中扮演着重要角色。

| Abstract: | There is close relationship between hepatitis B virus(HBV)and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),the HBV mutations can induce the changes of bionomics,pathogenicity and so on,and affect the process of HCC.The main mutations of HBV related to HCC include S region gene,preC region gene and X region gene,etc..Besides,there is also a certain correlation betweent the mutation of PreS/S and the resistance of nucleoside analogs treatment.Here is to make a summary on recent progress of HBV and their indispensable roles in HCC genesis and development. |
