| 摘 要： | 研究结果表明,1/30LD_(50)PCl_3可导致胎鼠非特异性骨骼改变,但未引起人和小鼠骨髓细胞、外周血淋巴细胞染色体和微核率异常,精子畸变率亦未见异常增高。

| Abstract: | This study approached the long-term effects of Phosphorus Trichloride by teratogenetic test, chromosome aberration test and sPerm morphology assay on rats mice and buman beings. The result suggested that PCl3 was able to cause non-specific changes of bone of fetal ratsunder the dosage of 1/30 LD50. but no sign of chromosome aberration and abnormality of micronucleus ra te were seen including mice and exposed persons both in marrow cells and peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) . Similar result was shown in term of frequencles of morphologically abnormal sperm. |
