| 摘 要： | 目的 了解PRK和LASIK矫正近视术后的角膜形态变化及其对矫正视力的影响。方法 对98例(175只眼)近视患者进行PRK与LASIK，术后1、3月时做角膜地形图检查。结果 二组角膜形态随时间的延长，平滑型比例增加，LASIK组较PRK组的平滑型角膜更多，角膜形态的异常和偏心切削是PRK和LASIK术后矫正视力下降的主要因素。结论 角膜地形图的检查对术后角膜形态的改变提供了定量的方法，有利于手术者经验的总结和技术提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigative the change on corneal topography and association with loss of spectacle-corrected visual acuity after PRK and LASIK.Methods 98 cases(175 eyes)were analysised by using corneal topographic analytical system postoperative 1?3 months.Results The percentage of homogeneous pattern in LASIK and PRK were much more in 3 months than 1 months.LASIK topography pattens generally are more regular than are PRK patterns.The main factors of loss the best correct visual acuity are the aberrent form of corneal topography and decentration.Conclusion Topography provides a subjective method to evaluate the corneal pattern of LASIK and PRK.The analysis results are helpful to surgeons in their experience and technic. |
