大豆异黄酮抑制人乳腺癌细胞生长及作用机制研究

摘    要:采用体外细胞培养的方法 ,探讨大豆异黄酮对体外培养的人乳腺癌MCF - 7细胞生长的作用及作用机制。结果表明 ,大豆异黄酮抑制MCF - 7细胞生长 ,诱导MCF - 7细胞凋亡。蛋白水平检测表明大豆异黄酮可使MCF - 7细胞iNOS表达升高。结果提示大豆异黄酮抑制MCF - 7细胞生长 ,诱导细胞凋亡 ,并主要是通过调节iNOS基因表达实现的

Abstract:The effects of isoflavone on human breast cancer cell line MCF-7 growth and apoptosis and its probable mechanisms were studied in vitro. The results showed that isoflavone could significantly inhibit the growth and induce the apoptosis of MCF-7 cells. Western Blotting showed that isoflavone increased iNOS protein expression. These results suggested that isoflavone significantly inhibited the MCF-7 growth and induced cell apoptosis by regulating iNOS gene expression.
