摘    要:目的 初步探讨实时三维超声成像技术在检测微波凝固离体犬肝组织范围中的应用.方法 对健康杂种犬的离体肝脏进行微波凝固治疗,采用实时双平面、实时三维超声成像观察微波凝固区.结果 实时双平面超声成像测量凝固区的大小与实际凝固区的大小差异无显著性(P>0.05),实时三维能显示肝脏局部结构及凝固区空间毗邻关系,测量凝固区的体积与实际凝固区的体积比较差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论 实时双平面及三维超声成像能实时从不同角度的切面观察微波凝固治疗过程,对介入凝固治疗有重要指导意义.

Abstract:Objective To study the value of the real time three-dimensional ultrasonography during the percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy in fresh dissected dog's liver. Methods Fresh dissected dog's livers were treated by percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy, the coagulation was assessed by real time three dimensional ultrasonography system and the real time biplane imaging. Results The coagulation area could be observed from two different angle planes under the real time biplane ultrasound imaging. There was no significant difference between the coagulation area with the real time biplane and pathology slice (P>0.05). The spatial relationship of any lives tissue structure within images was instantly displayed with real time three dimensional ultrasonography, and no significant difference was found between the volumes of coagulation measured by real time three dimensional ultrasonography and measuring cylinder (P>0.05). Conclusion The real time three dimensional ultrasonography is a new imaging method for therapy guidance in percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy.
