卡托普利与非洛地平治疗高血压左室肥厚的疗效和成本分析

目的：了解卡托普利与非洛地平逆转高血压左室肥厚的经济效果的差别。方法：药物经济学最小成本分析法。结果：在显效率无统计学差异时，卡托普利组逆转高血压左室肥厚的经济成本明显低于非洛地平组。结论：卡托普利逆转高血压肥厚的短期成本较非洛地平更经济，但需要样本量较大的原始研究来验证。

Pharmacoeconomics Analysis of Captopril and Felodipine in Treatment of Hypertensionwith Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

Objective: To understand the difference of economic effect between captopril and felodipine in treatment of hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy. Method: Pharmacoeconomics cost minimization analysis was used.Result: The economic cost of captopril in treament of hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy was obvious lower than felodipine, when the excellent effective rate was no statistical difference.Conclusion: The short-term cost of captopril in treatment of hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy is lower than felodipine, but this study needs a large number original sample to test.
