IL-1和G-CSF对胎膜早破并羊膜腔感染预测的研究

摘    要:目的 检测白介素-1(IL-1)和粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)含量对预测无症状胎膜早破合并羊膜腔感染中的作用.方法 将72例无症状胎膜早破患者(研究组)以及72例同期正常足月孕妇为对照组,同时分别检测它们的血清白介素-1和粒细胞集落刺激因子含量,作比较,产后均同时胎盘送病检.结果 研究组血清白介素-1和粒细胞集落刺激因子含量均高于对照组,差异有显著性(152.37±37.86)pg/mL VS(80.52±29.90)pg/mL,(109.28±51.67)VS(80.51±23.39),P < 0.05.且对应存在不同程度无临床症状绒毛膜羊膜炎.结论 研究组血清白介素-1和粒细胞集落刺激因子含量均较对照组升高,白介素-1和粒细胞集落刺激因子可作为无症状胎膜早破合并羊膜腔感染的预测因子.

Abstract:Objective Evaluation of interleukin-1(IL-1) and granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF) in predicting asymptomatic amniotic infection in premature rupture of the role of combined.Methods The leves of serum interleukin-1 and granulocyte colony stimulating factor levels in 72 cases of asymptomatic premature rupture of membranes(study group) were detected,and with the same period 72 cases of normal pregnancy(control group) were compared.Results The serum levels of interleukin-1 and granulocyte colony stimulating factor levels were higher,the difference was significant(152.37 ± 37.86 pg /ml VS80.52 ± 29.90 pg /ml,109.28 ± 51.67VS80.51 ± 23.39,P <0.05).Conclusion The serum interleukin-1 and granulocyte colony stimulating factor levels higher than those in the control group,interleukin-1 and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor asymptomatic rupture of the membranes can be used as a predictor of combined intra-amniotic infection.
