银丹心脑通软胶囊对老年高血压患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能及肱-踝脉搏波速的影响

目的观察银丹心脑通软胶囊对老年高血压患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能及肱-踝脉搏波速(baPWV)的影响。方法采取随机分组、平行对照的方法将118例老年原发性高血压患者分为观察组57例和对照组61例。2组均给予正规降压治疗,观察组在降压治疗基础上加服银丹心脑通软胶囊4粒/次,3次/d,2组疗程均为6个月。结果 2组治疗后血压、血脂、体质量指数、血尿酸和高敏C反应蛋白均较治疗前明显下降;治疗后肱动脉静息时基础内径、反应性充血后内径及FMD、baPWV均较治疗前改善。治疗后观察组与对照组相比血脂、高敏C反应蛋白下降更显著;观察组反应性充血后内径及FMD、baPWV均较对照组改善更明显。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊具有保护血管内皮、改善内皮舒张功能、抗动脉粥样硬化作用,机制与其降低血脂、抗炎、防治脂质过氧化损伤等有关。

Effect of Yindanxinnaotong soft capsule on vascular endothelium-dependent vasodilatation function and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity in elderly patients with hypertension

Objective It is to observe the effect of Chinese medicine Yindanxinnaotong soft capsule on vascular endothelium-dependent vasodilatation function and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV) in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 118 cases of elderly hypertensive patients were divided into observation group with 57 cases and control group with 61 cases by randomized,parallel-group method.Both groups were given anti-hypertensive treatment regularly.Based on the treatment,the observation group was given Yindanxinnaotong soft capsule 4 grains per time and 3 times per day.The total course of treatment was 6 months in both groups.Results In each group after treatment,blood pressure,lipids,body mass index,uric acid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein was significantly decreased compared to that before treatment,and the basis diameter at rest and after reactive hyperemia diameter of the brachial artery,FMD and baPWV were all improved compared to that before treatment.After treatment compared to the control group,the observation group had a more significant decrease in lipid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,and the after reactive hyperemia diameter,baPWV and FMD in the observation group were also improved more obviously.Conclusion Yindanxinnaotong soft capsule has the effects of protecting the vascular endothelium,improving endothelial function and anti-atherosclerotic.The mechanism is related to that it is able to decrease blood lipids,have anti inflammatory effect,prevent lipid peroxidation and so on.
