凯时治疗基底动脉尖综合征临床疗效观察

目的:探讨凯时注射液治疗基底动脉尖综合征的疗效。方法:选择基底动脉尖综合征患者63例,分为治疗组31例及对照组32例。治疗组采用凯时注射液10μg静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程为15d。对照组应用丁咯地尔注射液,余药相同,疗程同治疗组。结果:治疗组神经功能缺损评分积分下降明显,与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01),脑梗死体积减少程度与对照组相比差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05),血液流变学指标下降程度与对照组相比差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:凯时注射液对基底动脉尖综合征疗效显著,能改善脑梗死预后。

The Effect of Kai Shi(Alprostadil Injection) on Patients with Drug-Induced Top of the Basilar Syndrome

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy on Kai Shi(Alprostadil Injection)to top of the basilar syndrome.Methods:63 patients with top of the basilar syndrome were selected.They were divided into two groups at random:31 patients in therapy group and 32 patients in control group.The therapy group was injected with Kai Shi once everyday for 15 days and the control group was injected with buflomedil hydrochloride injection composite once everyday.Other treatments were the same.Results:There was significant difference between the therapy group and the control group with neurologic impairment score and cerebral infarction volume change after therapy(P<0.01 and P<0.05,respectively).The down degree of hemorheology indices compared with the control difference also have statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kai shi(Alprostadil Injection) is effective in the therapy of top of the basilar syndrome.It can reduce the mutilation rate and improve the prognosis of cerebral infarction.
