降糖孜亚比提片的急性毒性实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究降糖孜亚比提片对小鼠的急性毒性反应。方法:选用清洁级昆明种小鼠进行动物急性毒性实验研究。采用灌胃法给予小鼠1d内最大浓度及最大体积的药量,观察其急性毒性反应7d。结果:在给予小鼠相当于人体临床用药量的540倍时,未出现毒性反应。给药组小鼠行为活动正常,与对照组小鼠的体重相比差异无显著性。结论:降糖孜亚比提片毒性较低,安全性较好,为临床研究和治疗提供了一定的实验依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To investigate the acute toxicity of Hypoglycemic Ziyabiti Tablet(HZT) on mice.METHODS:The animal acute toxicity of HZT was conducted with KM mice in CL grade.After the mice were administrated with HZT of the biggest consistency and volume in one day,the acute toxicity was observed for seven days.RESULTS:At a dosage of 540 times greater than used in human there were no acute toxicity.No significant difference occurred between the treated and normal control groups of mice.CONCLUSION:The toxicity of HZT is lower and the safety is better,which provides an experimental basis for the clinical study and treatment.
