SARS疫情趋止对医院管理的思考

本文简要分析了SARS防治工作中医院在组织指挥、机构设置、应急能力、预案制定、感染控制、人员防护、专科技术、信息资源利用和物资保障等方面存在的薄弱环节，客观地分析了SARS防控工作给医院带来的正负两方面的影响，着重讨论了对医院建设和发展可能带来的机遇，并对医院认真总结经验教训，从增强防范意识，健全组织指挥体系、制定和完善各项预案制度，深化全员培训、合理调整门急诊流程布局等方面提出了一些见解。

Consideration on Hospital Management in Last Period of SARS

The author analyzed the weakness in organization and command, emergency ability, establishing plan, controlling infection, prevention, technology, use of information and material support while fighting against SARS, and objectively analyzed the impact on hospital by preventing SARS. The author discussed the challenge and opportunity in construction and development of hospital, by summarizing experiences and lessons, viewpoints are put forward as strengthening consciousness of prevention, improving command system, establishing and improving plans, deepening training, adjusting distribution and flow of hospital.
