| 摘 要： | 目的建立反相高效色谱法测定甲硝唑片的含量。方法采用Hypersil ODS柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），检测波长319nm。流动相为甲醇-水（20：80）；流速：1．0mL·min^-1。结果甲硝唑在9．35～95．7μg·mL^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0·99998），平均回收率为101．29％，RSD=0．28。结论本法快速．简便，准确，重复性好。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To develop a RP-HPLC method for determination of metronidazole in tablets. METHODS The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS. The mobile phase was methanol-water（20 ： 80）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 319nm. RESULTS In the scope of 9.35- 95.7μg · mL^-1 ,the contents of metronidazole had good linear relationship with their peak area （r = 0. 99998）. The average recovery was 101.29%,RSD=0.28%. CONCLUSION The results showed that the method was rapid,simple,excellent precision. |
