| 摘 要： | 本文分析报告了38例椎基底动脉供血不足患者的BAEP。异常率为86.84％。结果表明:该病各波潜伏期及其双耳差、各峰间期双耳差、各波振幅较健康对照组均有极显著性差异(P<0.01),波形不规整是椎基底动脉长期供血不足引致的一种严重的病理性改变。

| Abstract: | BAEP were observed in 38 patients with vertebrobasilar ischemia. 86. 84% of the patients showed abnormalities on BAEP. BAEP of the patients showed latent period and in-terearal latency difference and interpeak latency interaral difference of wave I and III and V, were more polongea and decreased amplitude was lower than control group. Unregulation of wave form of BAEP is a serious pathological change due to vertebrobasilar ischemia. |
