| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝硬化胆囊切除出血的处理。方法：对18例肝硬化胆囊切除出血病例进行了回顾性分析、结果：18例病人完成了胆囊切除手术，术中大出血5例，平均出血400ml，18例病人应用带蒂大网膜填塞胆囊床止血，效果满意，术后未再出血。结论：带蒂大网膜填塞胆囊床止血法是较好的止血方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate and investigate the hemostasis of cholecystectomy in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods: The results of 18 patients with cholecystecomy with liver cirrhosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results: Cholecystectomy was successfully performed in 18 patients.5 cases were hemorrhea during the operation;the average blood loss was 400 ml.18 cases were packing hemostasis with pedicle greater omentum in gallbladder bed,the clinic effect satisfied.Conclusions: Packing with pedicle greater omentum in gallbladder bed is a satisfied hemostasis during cholecystectomy with liver cirrhosis. |
