脑梗死与氧化低密度脂蛋白和血液流变学指标的关系

 目的探讨脑梗死患者血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)和血液流变学指标的变化及其相互关系.方法用ELISA法测定30例脑梗死患者和46例正常对照组血浆OX-LDL,平行测定血液流变学指标,并对OX-LDL与血流变指标进行相关分析.结果脑梗死患者血浆OX-LDL浓度明显高于对照组(P＜0.01),血液流变学指标与对照组比较,高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、红细胞压积和红细胞变形指数均有显著差异(P＜0.05或P＜0.01),脑梗死患者血浆OX-LDL浓度与血流变异常指标呈正相关.结论血浆OX-LDL与血液流变性异常与脑梗死有关,对二者检测有助于脑梗死的诊断和治疗.

Relationship between level of o xidized low-density lipoprotein and markers of hemorheology in cerebral infarction

Objective To study the relationship between the level of pl as ma oxidized low density lipoprotein (OX-LDL) and the changes of hemorheology m arkers in cerebral infarction.Methods ELISA was used to deter mine OX-LDL and the hemorhelogy markers were determined in 30 patients with cer ebral infarction and 46 healthy controls. The relationship between them was anal ysed.Results The levels of OX-LDL in the patients were much hi gher than those in healthy controls (P<0.01). As for hemorheology markers, the difference in blood viscosity between the patients and healthy controls was significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The abnorma lity of the OX-LDL levels and the hemorheology markers may be linked to cerebra l infarction.Determination of OX-LDL levels and hemorheology markers can be he lpful to diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction.
