对叶百部的新化学成分研究(英)

摘    要:从对叶百部(StemonatuberosaLour)的根部分得6个生物碱,分别为对叶百部烯酮(tUberostemoenone)(1),N-氧-对叶百部碱(N-oxy-tuberostemonine)(2)异脱氢对叶百部碱(isodidehydrotuberostemonine)(3),脱氢对叶百部碱(didehydrotuberostemonine)(4),对叶百部酮(tuberostemonone)(5),氧化对叶百部碱(oxotuberostemonine)(6)。它们的结构经各种波谱解析确定,其中化合物1,2和3为新生物碱。

Abstract:From the roots of Stemona tuberosa Lour, three new alkaloids, named tuberostemoenone (1), N-oxy-tuberostemonine (2), isodidehydrotuberostemonine (3), together with three known alkaloids didehydrotuberostemonine (4), tuberostemonone (5) and oxotuberostemonine (6)were isolated, and their struetures were identified by various spectral analyses (IR, MS, 1H, 13C NMR,1H-1H COSY, NOESY, HMQC, HMBC) as well as 1H NMR line broadening effect.
