综合康复治疗48例颈髓损伤患者疗效观察

目的：探讨综合康复治疗对颈髓损伤患者功能恢复的影响。方法：对48例颈髓损伤患者进行综合康复治疗,包括呼吸功能训练、上下肢肌力训练、平衡转移训练并配合传统疗法及矫形器的应用等。治疗前后进行呼吸功能评估、修改Barthel指数评分及ASIA运动及感觉评估。结果：经过42～95d治疗后,颈髓损伤患者呼吸功能、修改Barthel指数评分及ASIA运动评分明显提高（P〈0.05）,但感觉评分无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：综合康复治疗能有效地促进颈髓损伤患者功能恢复。

Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on functional recovery of patients with cervical spinal cord injury

Objective：To investigate the effect of the comprehensive rehabilitative therapy on functional recovery of patients with cervical cord injury.Methods：48 cases of patients with cervical spinal cord injury（CSCI） accepted comprehensive rehabilitative therapy,including respiratory function exercise,muscle-strengthening exercise balance and transfer training and orthosis,et al.The vital capacity（VC）,maximal voluntary ventilation（MVV）,forced vital capacity（FVC） and force expiratory volume in one second（FEV1） before and after training were compared also with the Barthel index and ASIA.Results：After rehabilitation of 42-95 d,pulmonary function indexes of the 48 patients were significantly improved,the scores of the Barthel Index and motor of ASIA were significantly improved（P〈0.05） in all patients,but sensory scores（ASIA） was not significantly improved（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive rehabilitation can promote the functional recovery of patients with cervical spinal cord injury.
