| 摘 要： | 本文报告经X线钡剂造影检出、手术病理证实的早期胃癌11例,讨论了各型早期胃癌的X线表现,并就各型早期胃癌的X线钡造影显示技术作了探讨。认为应用精细法双对比造影,显示胃粘膜面的细微结构——胃小沟和胃小区,对早期胃癌的诊断与鉴别有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Eleven cases of early gastric cancer (EGC) , which detected by x-ray barium examination and confirmed by pathologic studies after operation, are reported. The roentgenologic manifesta- tions of each type of EGC are discussed. The barium examination technique of each type of EGC are also explored, The authors believe that applying refined double-contrast method to demonstrate the microstructure of gastric mucosa--areae gastrica,is of importance in diagnosis and differentiation of EGC. |
