摘    要:医疗服务质量是医院的生命线,医疗技术水平与医疗服务质量的高低是医院赖以生存的根本。因此,质量管理是指导医院管理的重要认识问题。以医疗质量管理为重点是医院质量管理的永恒主题。宏观管理与微观质控相结合的多层次质量管理是新时期医院质量管理的发展途径。
