类风湿关节炎效用值测量方法的比较

摘    要:目的:比较不同方法测量类风湿关节炎(类风关)的效用值的差异和·临床应用价值。方法:92例类风关患者采用直接法等级尺度法(RS)、标准博奕法(SG)、时间权衡法(TTO)]及间接法(EQ-5D量表)测量类风关疾病效用值,70例非类风关人群通过模拟类风关疾病状态采用直接法(RS、SG、TTO)测量效用值。结果:类风关患者测得的效用值分别为RS 0.59±0.18、SG 0.70±0.21、TTO 0.704±0.21、EQ5D量表0.56±0.30,其中RS和EQ-5D量表所得值低于SG和TTO(P=0.002,P〈0.001)。非类风关人群测得的效用值分别为RS 0.50±0.18、SG 0.65±0.23、TTO 0.74±0.20,其中RS低于SG和TTO(P%0.001)。与类风关患者相比,非类风关人群RS所得效用值较低(P=0.003)。结论:不同人群和不同方法测得的类风关效用值有差异,EQ-5D量表和RS所得值较低,SG和TTO在类风关患者和非类风关人群所得值接近。
