| 摘 要： | 目的：比较不同方法测量类风湿关节炎（类风关）的效用值的差异和·临床应用价值。方法：92例类风关患者采用直接法等级尺度法（RS）、标准博奕法（SG）、时间权衡法（TTO）]及间接法（EQ-5D量表）测量类风关疾病效用值，70例非类风关人群通过模拟类风关疾病状态采用直接法（RS、SG、TTO）测量效用值。结果：类风关患者测得的效用值分别为RS 0．59±0．18、SG 0．70±0．21、TTO 0．704±0．21、EQ5D量表0．56±0．30，其中RS和EQ-5D量表所得值低于SG和TTO（P=0．002，P〈0．001）。非类风关人群测得的效用值分别为RS 0．50±0．18、SG 0．65±0．23、TTO 0．74±0．20，其中RS低于SG和TTO（P％0．001）。与类风关患者相比，非类风关人群RS所得效用值较低（P=0．003）。结论：不同人群和不同方法测得的类风关效用值有差异，EQ-5D量表和RS所得值较低，SG和TTO在类风关患者和非类风关人群所得值接近。 |
