酒依赖患者心理健康状况调查

目的了解住院酒依赖患者的心理健康状况。方法对40名住院酒依赖患者分别进行症状自评量表（SCL-90）调查，并以40名正常人进行对照。结果住院酒依赖患者SCL-90评定，除强迫和恐怖两因子分两组比较无统计学差异外，其余各N子分和总分高于对照组，有显著性差异（P〈0．05），其中抑郁、焦虑因子分明显高于对照组，有极显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论住院酒依赖患者的心理健康水平明显低于对照组。

Investigation on Mental Health Status of Patients with Alcohol Dependence

Objective To study the mental health status of the hospitalized patients with alcohol dependence.Methods Investigation with Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) was made to 40 hospitalized patients with alcohol dependence and 40 normal controls,and then a comparison was made.Results Except the factor scores of obsession and compulsion,other factor scores and total score in SCL-90 of the 40 hospitalized patients were higher than those of the controls,especially the factor scores of depression and anxiety,the difference was of significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The mental health level of the hospitalized patients with alcohol dependence is much lower than that of the control.
