| 摘 要： | 1997年秋季，我应邀参加一名59岁女性晚期胰腺癌患者治疗会诊，该患者在浙江大学附属第二医院手术，因肿瘤无法切除而关腹。病理确诊为低分化腺癌，已腹腔内播散。术后1个月患者仍腰背疼痛不止，每晚仅睡3～4h，患者极度悲观。根据中医辨证，采用清胰化积法处方治疗7d后，患者竟然明显好转。由于之后患者病情稳定，故没有给予放、化疗等抗癌疗法，仅以清热化积中药连续用药为主治疗。此后，患者一直病情稳定，生活质量良好。
