| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃癌发生腹膜种植的相关因素。方法我院2005年1月至2006年1月手术时未发生腹膜种植的胃癌患者有53例，术中收集患者的腹腔灌洗液进行脱落细胞学的检查，术后解剖标本，记录淋巴结转移及病理分型情况。结果该53例患者术后2年内有40例发生了腹膜种植。结论胃癌发生腹膜种植与腹腔脱落癌细胞、腹腔淋巴结有转移、Bromann分型等因素密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the occurrence of gastric cancer peritoneal relevant factors.Methods The first surgery in our hospital peritoneal not occurred when the 53 patients with gastric cancer between January 2005 to January 2006 peritoneal lavage fluid collected for cytology examination.Results After two years,40 cases occurred within the peritoneal.Conclusion The gastric cancer peritoneal relevant factors include:abdominal off cancer cells,intra-abdominal lymph nodes with metastasis,Bromann's type. |
