石英纤维根管桩复合材料的力学性能研究

摘    要:目的:对自行研制的用于预成根管桩的石英纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料的力学性能进行研究。方法:利用石英纤维和环氧树脂,制备出不同的复合材料棒材,测量不同组分复合材料的纤维含量、弯曲强度和剪切强度,并计算不同组分的弹性模量,电镜观察截面和断裂面形貌。采用单因素方差分析和Student-Newman-Keuls检验对各实验组的弯曲强度和剪切强度进行统计学处理。结果:本研究制备得到的复合材料的弯曲强度和剪切强度随着纤维含量的增加而增加,弯曲强度范围在741~1165MPa之间,剪切强度范围在36.7~50.4MPa之间,相应的纤维质量含量范围在53.3~78.6Wt%之间,弹性模量范围在30.6~51.9GPa之间。电镜观察显示:纤维在树脂中分布均匀;纤维与树脂结合良好。统计学分析显示:各试验组弯曲强度和剪切强度与对照组均有显著性差异(P<0.01),各试验组之间的弯曲强度和剪切强度均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:制备得到的石英纤维/环氧树脂复合材料具备良好的机械性能,能够满足根管桩材料的要求。

Abstract:PURPOSE: To study the mechanical properties of custom-made quartz fiber-reinforced epoxy resin composite for prefabricated post. METHODS: Composite rods of 5 experiment groups with different fiber contents were made of quartz fiber and epoxy resin.Flexural strengths, shear strengths and fiber contents were measured, corresponding elastic modulus were calculated, cross-section surface and fracture surface was viewed under SEM. Statistical analysis was carried out with one way analysis of variance(ANOVA) and Student-Newman-Keuls for the experimental groups. RESULTS: The flexural strength of composite rods increased with the increase of fiber content, within the limitations of this research, the flexural strengths ranged from 741 to 1165MPa, corresponding fiber contents ranged from 53.3 to 78.6Wt%, corresponding flexural strengths ranged from 36.7 to 50.4MPa,corresponding elastic modulus ranged from 30.6 to 51.9GPa, SEM showed that fiber distribution in resin was uniform, there was good adhesion between fiber and epoxy resin. ANOVA revealed significant differences of flexural strengths and shear strengths between the experimental groups and control group(P<0.01), Student-Newman-Keuls analysis showed significant differences of flexural strengths and shear strengths between the experimental groups(P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The custom-made quartz fiber-reinforced epoxy resin composite can be used for prefabricated post with good mechanical properties.Supported by Shanghai Leading Academic Discipline Project (T0202).
