| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨硫酸氧钒对糖尿病大鼠高脂血症的治疗作用，并初步探讨其作用机制，方法：选用Wistar大鼠，腹腔内注射链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病，经饮水加入1g/L硫酸氧钒，连续6周。结果：糖尿病大鼠的血糖，果糖胺，血脂，饮水量等明显下降，而血浆胰岛素水平未增加，结论：硫酸氧钒可以通过增加胰岛素作用效率，发挥降糖，降血脂的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of vanadyl sulfate on hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia of diabetic rats and discuss its possible mechanism. Methods: The wistar rats were peritoneally injected with streptozotocin. The vanadyl sulfate (1g/L) was administered in drinking water for six weeks. Results: Vanadyl sulfate can significantly reduce the blood glucose, fructosamine, triglyceride, fluid intake, except plasm insulin, in diabetic rats. Conclusion: vauadyl sulfate can exert great effects on hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia by improving the effectiveness of insulin. |
