可吸收钉治疗掌指骨骨折的临床研究

目的探讨应用可吸收钉治疗掌指骨骨折的适应症及疗效。方法应用可吸收钉治疗掌指骨骨折15例，术后随访时间6～12月，平均8．2月。根据术后X线片及患者手功能恢复情况评价疗效。结果15例术后影像学检查均愈合良好，根据TAM系统评定法，患者掌指关节及指间关节功能，优9例，良5例，一般l例，优良率为93．3％。结论可吸收钉是治疗掌指骨关节周围骨折或中段斜行骨折的有效方法，具有创伤小、无需二期手术取出内固定物的优点。

Treatment of metacarpus and phalanx fractures by using absorbable screw

Objective To explore the indication and outcome of using absorbable screw to treat metacarpus and phalanx fractures. Methods Results of 15 patients with fractures of metacarpus and phalanx of near joint type or oblique type in the middle treated with absorbable screw with mean following up time 8.2 months were analyzed. The treatment results were evaluated by radiography for healing and by TAM system scores for function tests of hand. Results Fifteen cases were analyzed and found all the patients were well healed showed by radiography. TAM system scores showed that 9 cases were excellent,5 cases good and 1 case fair. Conclusion Absorbable screw is a good method for the treatment of metacarpus and phalanx fractures with minor invasion and without the necessity of a second operation to remove the implants.
