氧化电位酸性水对铜绿假单胞菌杀灭及L型诱导效果的实验观察

摘    要:目的:观察氧化电位酸化水(Electroyzed Oxidizing Water,EOW)对铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭效果及L型抗性诱导情况。方法:采用EOW原液及稀释液对铜绿假单胞菌的悬液杀灭实验、血清干扰实验及L型诱导效果实验。结果:定量悬液杀菌试验EOW不同浓度杀灭率差异有显著性(P<0.01),不同作用时间杀灭率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。不同小牛血清量的EOW对铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭率差异有显著性(P<0.01),不同作用时间杀灭率差异也有显著性(P<0.01)。不同浓度的EOW在不同时间对L型诱导效果均没有出现。结论:铜绿假单胞菌对不同浓度EOW不存在细胞壁抗性诱导。EOW对铜绿假单胞菌杀菌效果以原液最好,有机物的干扰十分明显,应加大EOW的用量和延长时间加以控制消除。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the germical effect and induction of L-form of Psedmontes aetuginosa by EOW (Elec-troyzed Oxidizing Water, EOW for short). Methods: On L-form culture medium P. aerugiiiosa wast iiKlucted by different concentration of EOW with different contact time. In suspension killed P. aeruginosa was exposed to EOW stock solution and diluted solution and on germicidal effect of EOW by organnic substance imitated by calf serum. Results: Experiment induction of L-form of P. aeruginosa could not show on culture medium. The statistic analysis indicated tliat there was a more significant different ( P < 0.01) in different concentration but any significant difference contact time didii' t show in killing rate in suspension exposed to EOW ( P > 0.05). And the influence of organic substance imitated liy calf serum on germicidal effect of EOW in killing P. aeruginosa, was observed to be significantly diffrence in containing different concentration calf serum( % ) ( P < 0.01) and contact time also (P<0.01) .Conclusion; In the test of killing P. aeniginnsa in suspension exposed to EOW, we d better use its stock. Interference of organic substance on germicidal efficacy of EOW in killing P. aeruginosa was obvious. It must be controlled by a great deal of EOW and longer contact time. Induction of L-form of P. aeruginosa could not been shown.
