55例慢性荨麻疹患者SlgE与致敏原皮试的相关分析

目的比较血清IgE（sIgE）与抗原皮试在慢性荨麻疹患者的临床应用价值。方法在55例慢性荨麻疹患者，选取尘瞒（dustrnite）、苋（Pigweed）、蟑螂（cockroach）、蛾（moth）、蚕丝（Silk）、蜜蜂（bee）、虾（shrimp）、蟹（crab）等8种常见致敏原进行皮试和血清sIgE的检测，比较两种方法的阳性率及尸值。结果在8种致敏原中，皮试及sIgE的阳性符合率相近，其尸值均大于0.05，显示两种检测方法无显著性差异。结论本研究说明，致敏原的皮内试验在过敏性疾病的诊疗中，是一种可靠的、值得推广的检测方法。

A analysis of the relationshipbetween the serum SIgE and anaphylactogens intradermal testin 55 patients of chronic urticaria

objective To compare the clinic value of serum specificity SIgE and anaphylactogens intradermal test in patients with chronic urticaria. Methods Eight kinds of anaphylactogens（dustmite, pigweed, cockroach, moth, silk, bee, shrimp, crab）were intradermal tested in 55patients with chronic urticaria and the serum SIgE were detected in these patients, compare the positive rate of these twe methods and their Pvalue. Results The positive rate of the intradermal test and serum SIgE were similar in these 8kinds of anaphylactogens, P〉0.05, there is no significant difference between these two kinds of tetective ways. Conclusions anaphylactogens intradermal test is reliable and worth to be spreaded.
