2018年通江县慢性病防控核心知识知晓状况调查分析

目的了解通江县慢性病防控核心知识知晓状况,为完善健康教育策略与措施提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样法,抽取15岁及以上通江县常住居民于2018-06/07开展慢性病防控核心知识问卷调查。采用SPSS 22.0软件进行χ2检验。结果通江县常住居民慢性病防控核心知识单项知晓率达61%以上占91.43%;总体知晓率达77.37%,有性别、年龄、文化程度、职业和健康状况差异(P<0.01)。总体知晓率慢性病可能致病因素、防控正确说法分别为86.37%和86.42%,有性别、年龄、文化程度、职业和健康状况差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);患病风险增高因素、高血压有关因素、糖尿病常见症状分别为75.39%、81.02%和63.74%,有年龄、文化程度、职业和健康状况差异(P<0.01);正常血压值范围、糖尿病确诊病人药物治疗分别为63.86%和66.32%,有文化程度、职业和健康状况差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);前述各类核心知识总体知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通江县慢性病防控健康教育总体开展较好,应当采取多种形式和方法,以知晓率低下的不同特征人群为重点进一步开展针对性较强的健康教育。

Investigation and Analysis on Awareness of the Core Knowledge of Chronic Diseases Prevention and Control in Tongjiang County in 2018

Objective To understand the awareness rates of the core knowledge of chronic disease prevention and control in Tongjiang county so as to provide basis for improving health education strategies and measures.Methods A multistage sampling method was used to select residents aged15 years old and above for questionnaire survey about the core knowledge of chronic disease prevention and control in 2018.SPSS 22.0 software was used for Chi-square test.Results Of the total 35 items,32 items have a single awareness rate of more than 61.00%,accounting for 91.43%.The overall awareness rate was 77.37%,and there were significant differences of the overall awareness rates in different gender,age,educational level,occupation and health status groups(P<0.01).The awareness rates of possible pathogenic factors and correct statement of prevention and control of chronic diseases were 86.37% and 86.42%,respectively,with significant differences in different gender,age,education,occupation and health status groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The awareness rates of risk factors,hypertension-related factors and common symptoms of diabetes mellitus were 75.39%,81.02% and 63.74%,respectively,with significant differences in different gender,educational level,occupation and health status groups(P<0.01).The awareness rates of the range of normal blood pressure and the drug treatment in diabetic patients were 63.86% and 66.32%,respectively,which had significant differences in different educational level,occupation and health status groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05).There were statistical differences among the above awareness rates of the core knowledge of chronic diseases prevention and control(P<0.01).Conclusion Health education on prevention and control of chronic diseases has been carried out well in general in Tongjiang County.Next,various forms and methods should be adopted further to carry out targeted health education,focusing on different groups with low awareness rates.
