2016-2017年衡阳市某医院住院费用结构及影响因素研究

目的:了解衡阳市某医院住院费用基本情况,分析住院费用结构及其影响因素,从而提出控制住院费用增长的有效手段。方法:选取衡阳市某医院2016?2017年82391例患者住院信息,对住院费用的现状进行描述,采用单因素分析法找出影响住院费用的主要因素,并对疾病经济负担最重的3类疾病进行多元线性回归。结果:住院费用中药品费占首位,其次是治疗费、检查费。影响住院费用的因素有性别、年龄、住院天数、出入院科室是否一致、手术情况及参保类型等。住院费用最高的3类疾病分别为泌尿、内分泌和循环系统疾病。结论:通过合理控制住院时间,实施分级诊疗,设立社区家庭病床等手段可有效控制住院费用增长。

Analysis on the Structure and Influencing Factors of a HengYang Hospital from 2016 to 2017

Objective To investigate the hospitalization expenses of a Hengyang hospital,analyze its structure and influencing factors,and find effective measures to control the growing hospitalization expenses.Methods 82391 cases of inpatients medical information in a Hengyang hospital from 2016 to 2017 were selected to describe the status of hospitalization expenses.This study used single factor analysis to find the main factors affecting the cost of hospitalization and the multiple linear regression to predict three diseases with the most serious disease economic burden.Results The medicine cost accounted for the first place,followed by the cost of treatment and examination.The factors which influence hospitalization expenses include gender,age,length of stay,consistency of admission and discharge departments,operation conditions and insured types.The top three hospitalization expenses were spent on urinary,endocrine and circulatory diseases.Conclusion To effectively control hospitalization expenses,it suggested that hospitals and doctors should control hospital stays within a reasonable range.In addition,hierarchical diagnosis and home bed provided by community should be implemented.
