先天性白内障手术治疗及视力康复研究进展

先天性白内障是全球儿童视力低下或失明的常见原因。为尽可能恢复视功能及避免斜视及永久性眼球震颤等问题发生,手术应在视力发育敏感期进行。尽管手术方式、手术器械、植入材料都有了较大进展,但先天性白内障治疗手术时机、人工晶状体植入时机、术后屈光改变等方面仍尚未达成共识。本文围绕近年来先天性白内障手术治疗及术后视力重建研究进展进行综述。

Progress in surgical treatment and visual rehabilitation of congenital cataract

Congenital cataract is a common cause of low vision or blindness in children world wide.In order to restore visual function as much as possible and to avoid problems such as strabismus and permanent nystagmus,surgery should be performed during the sensitive period of visual development.Although great progress has been made in surgical methods,surgical instruments,and implant materials,there is still no consensus on the timing of surgery for congenital cataract,the timing of intraocular lens implantation,and postoperative refractive changes.This article will review the progress of congenital cataract surgery and postoperative visual reconstruction in recent years.
