| 摘 要： | 近年来,中国医患关系日益紧张,医院伤医案频繁发生,引发社会高度关注。耳鼻喉科作为伤医案的高发科室,存在一些显著特点。本文通过梳理耳鼻喉科特殊性,从医方因素和患方因素进行分析,探寻其中成因,提出相应应对策略并作出展望。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the relationship between doctors and patients has become increasingly tense in China.The department of Otolaryngology,as a high incidence department for incidents of violencing against doctors,has some remarkable characteristics.By teasing out Characteristics of otolaryngology,the paper is analyzed the factors of medical staffs and patients.Trying to find the causes,proposed corresponding countermeasures and made a prospect. |
