血管紧张素转换酶2基因的多态性与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)基因的多态性与皖北汉族人冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病,CHD)的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应和限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)的方法,检测120例CHD患者与109例对照人群(排除CHD患者及健康体检者)的ACE2基因,并进行组间对照研究ACE2基因的多态性与CHD的相关性。结果:在男性CHD患者中,G等位基因的频率明显高于对照组(分别为77.6%、60.7%,P0.05);在女性CHD患者中,携带G等位基因的基因型GG型、AG型的分布频率略高于对照组(分别为43.2%、29.5%和32.1%、28.3%),差别无统计学意义。结论:ACE2基因的多态性与皖北男性汉族人群CHD的发病可能存在相关性,携带G等位基因的男性人群发生CHD的危险性相对较大。

Association of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 gene polymorphism with coronary heart disease
Abstract:AIM:To explore the relationship between gene G9570A polymorphisms of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) and coronary heart diseases (CHD) among Han population in Northern Anhui Province. METHODS: A total number of 120 patients with CHD and 109 healthy controls were investigated by case-control study. The polymorphisms of ACE2 gene were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). RESULTS: The G allele frequency in male patients with CHD was significantly higher than that in control group (77.6% vs. 60.7%, P<0.05). The GG and AG genotypes in female patients with CHD were slightly higher than those in control group (43.2% vs. 29.5% and 32.1% vs. 28.3% respectively), but no significant difference was found in the frequency of GG and AG genotypes between the female patients and the controls (χ2=0.634, P=0.427; χ2=1.875, P=0.173 respectively). CONCLUSION: The ACE2 gene polymorphism may be associated with coronary heart diseases among male Han population in northern Anhui Province. The male population carrying the G allele runs a higher risk of coronary heart diseases than those carrying other alleles.
