根深才能叶茂——也谈中医药学术的继承与创新

就当前中医药学术继承与创新等方面存在的问题提出一些看法，认为中医工作者素质的提高，最根本的是要不断提高中医基本理论及其临床诊疗技能与水平，要不断创新和发展；必须正确认识中医药学的优势所在，立足于数千年中医药文献的整理研究，立足于临床实践，尤其需要充分重视中医药综合治疗方法的合理应用，同时也要结合现代科技和现代医学研究方法，从多方位、多层次、多角度进行尝试。对当前存在的某些否认中医理论、中医西医化倾向的危险性，应有清醒的认识。

Good Establishment for Vigorous Development--Also on the Inheritance and Innovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine

This paper presents some views on the problems existing in the current inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine.It is believed that the improvement of Chinese medical staffs'quality lies in the increasing mastery of the skills in Chinese medical theories and clinical practice and continual innovation and development on the basis of previous medical literature and clinical practice,especially the rational application of comprehensive therapies of Chinese medicine as well as the modern techniques and modern medical research methods.We should realize the dangers of denying the guidance of Chinese medical theories and the westernization of Chinese medicine.
