| 摘 要： | 目的观察联合应用肌松剂及物理治疗对下腰痛急性发作的治疗作用。方法选取下腰痛患者94例,随机分为3组:物理因子治疗组(n=30);盐酸乙哌立松组(n=29);联合治疗组(联合应用物理因子治疗及盐酸乙哌立松,n=35)。结果经过10 d治疗后,联合治疗组主观症状、疼痛评分(VAS)、弯腰试验及生活质量评定(SF-36)均显著改善,并且显著优于另两组(P<0.05)。结论通过肌松剂(盐酸乙哌立松组)及物理因子的综合治疗,可有效缓解下腰痛的急性发作。
