| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不同护理方式对破伤风患者气管切开感染的疗效影响,为预防感染提供依据。方法:将2005年1月—2010年1月在我院治疗的38例破伤风气管切开患者按护理方式的不同随机分成两组,观察组19例患者给予人性化护理,对照组19例患者给予常规护理模式,对比观察两组患者气管切开感染情况。结果:观察组感染的阳性率明显低于对照组,两组具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对气管切开治疗的破伤风患者,积极采取各种有效的护理措施,能够有效降低感染的发生率,减少相关并发症的发生。
