肾动脉栓塞术治疗肾肿瘤32例临床报告

目的:观察肾动脉栓塞术对肾肿瘤的治疗效果。方法:采用Seldinger法经皮行股动脉穿刺插管,做主动脉造影,以明胶海绵作为栓塞材料,进行患肾动脉栓塞来治疗或者辅助治疗肾肿瘤。结果:32例肾肿瘤患者在肾动脉栓塞后肿瘤体积缩小,肿瘤表面动脉萎缩,肾周围组织水肿,粘连较轻,容易分离,肿瘤切除术中出血量较少。结论:肾动脉栓塞是治疗肾肿瘤的一种安全、有效的办法,值得临床推广。

The Clinical Report of The Renal Artery Embolization to 32 Patients with Renal Tumors
