| 摘 要： | 石斛是一种药食兼宜的常用养阴补虚之品,从《神农本草经》始载石斛至今,诸多本草著作都对石斛进行了详细的论述。从石斛名称的由来、产地范围的变化、加工炮制方法及其功效应用等方面,对石斛的相关古代文献资料进行了梳理,以期为现代石斛的种植、加工,以及产品研发提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | As a general yin-tonifying medicinal,Dendrobium is concurrently suitable for medicine and food.Dendrobium was first mentioned in Chinese ElderHerb.Sofar,many herbal books have had a detailed discussion to the Dendrobium.The article would comb the ancient literature of Dendrobium from the name origin,habitat scope transformation,processing methods and the application and so on,what will provide a theoretical basis for the modern research of Dendrobium planting and processing. |
