微创血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨微创血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法:将40例高血压脑出血患者随机分为微创血肿清除治疗组(n=20)和小骨窗开颅血肿清除对照组(n=20),比较两组的随访好转率与死亡率。结果:治疗组好转率为75.00%,死亡率为5.00%;对照组好转率为50.00%,死亡率为15.00%,治疗组的好转率与死亡率均明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微创血肿清除术能有效清除脑内血肿,具有创伤小、脑损伤轻微等优点,值得临床推广应用。
