茂名市艾滋病疫情流行特征分析

目的分析茂名市艾滋病病毒感染状况及流行形势，以采取有效的干预措施，预防和控制艾滋病的传播和蔓延。方法对茂名市1999年以来的艾滋病常规监测、哨点监测、艾滋病疫情报告和流行病学调查资料进行统计分析。结果茂名市自1999年发现首例艾滋病病例以来，截止2007年10月底，累计报告HIV感染者（包括AIDS病人）307例。病例分布为：男性236例，女性71例，男女比例为3．32：1；感染者以青壮年（20—40岁）为主，占总病例数69．38％，其中年龄最大的为79岁，最小的2岁；职业以农民和无业为主，各占总病例数24．9％；传播途径以静脉注射吸毒为主，占44．30％，其次为性接触传播占27．04％。结论目前茂名市的艾滋病流行处于低流行态势，但由于高危人群（静脉注射吸毒）基数大，传染源的不断累积和高危行为的泛滥，是艾滋病流行和蔓延的关键时期，应加大监测力度，采取有效干预措施，以控制艾滋病由高危人群向一般人群扩散的势头。

Analysis of prevalent features of HTV/AODS infections in Maoming City

Objective To analyze the prevalence situation of HIV/AIDS in Maoming City. Methods The data of monitoring and report and survey of HIV/AIDS in Maoming City in 1999 were analyzed. Results By October 2007 there were 307 HIV positives including AIDS patients were reported since the detection of first AIDS case in 1999 including 236 male cases and 71 female cases with the ratios of male to female of 3.32 ： 1. And 69.38 % of the patients were in the age group of from 20 to 40 years and oldest was 79 years old and the youngest 2 years old. Farmers and the jobless ones occupied 24.9%, respectively. The main transmission route was drug using through venous injection （44.30%） and next was sexual activity （27.04%）. Conclusion Effective measures be taken to control the transmission of HIV/AIDS in Maoming City by adopting integrated strategy including strengthening of monitoring , intervention and so on.
