| 摘 要： | 目的 探计陈旧性肛裂的治疗方法。方法 采用肛门内括约肌部分切断术治疗陈旧性肛裂176例。结果 切口愈合时间3～6天，术后疼痛时间3～7天，治愈率98．9％，随访6～12个月未复发。结论 采用肛门内括约肌部分切断术治疗陈旧性肛裂，切口愈合快，疗程短，病人痛苦小。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treatment for old anal.fissure. Methods 176 patients with old anal fissure were performed with lateral partial internal sphincterotomy and external hemorrhoid. Results 174 cases were effective,and the healing time of incision was 3-6days, pain time was3-7days. The rate of cure was 98.9% .There was no recurrence agter 6~12 months followed-up. Conclusion this method was quick healing of incision,short course and little pain of patients. |
